Lude was born and raised in an idyllic little beach town in the Caribbean islands. In the late 90’s she and her family immigrated to the United States. Since then she has embraced the best of American culture but has managed to retain most of her Caribbean beliefs and traditions.
In 2004 Lude received her bachelor’s degree in Health sciences from Florida International University , along with a minor in Nutrition. She went on to receive her master’s degree in physical therapy from Florida International University in 2006. At first she specialized in Orthopedic physical therapy, but always had an interest in geriatric Health, wellness and preventative medicine.

Prior to becoming a licensed physical therapist, Lude was a certified STEP aerobics instructor, indoor spinning instructor, and a kickboxing instructor.
More than anything, Lude is passionate about health and wellness, holistic health care, and empowering patients to optimize their own health and well-being. In her spare time, you will most likely find her working out at the gym, walking along the beach, reading or spending time with her loved ones.
