The Best thing about Sunnyside is the team of caring, gifted, compassionate, capable and professional therapists, trainers, instructors and  practitioners we have put together. Sunnyside Physical Therapy and Wellness was started in 2008 by owner & Physical Therapist Lude Ricard.

Sunnyside Rehab is very pleased to announce that Cintia is now our lead massage therapist and holistic Health Practitioner and has come to us with a wealth of experience and knowledge in the field of massage therapy. Cintia specializes in craniosacral therapy and Swedish massage. Alicia H., CMTalicia hopkins

Alicia received her Master’s in Chemistry from the Florida State University, and was in research for over a decade before becoming a Certified Massage Therapist. She has practiced with local chiropractors and is currently working in physical therapy. She offers a therapeutic massage blending sports massage, connective and deep tissue release, acupressure, and Swedish massage. Alicia’s mission is to support individuals in achieving life balance through personal wellness. A firm believer in the inseparable connection between body/mind, Alicia is a proponent of massage for pain management, stress relief, and enhancing overall health.



Maia C., HHP, CMT

Maia join our team in late 2014 she is a Holistic Health Practitioner and certified Massage therapist who specializes in Thai Massage, deep Tissue and Sport Massage.  She has a vast experience working with runners, cyclists, high school athletes and week-end warriors with limited flexibility and musculoskeletal pain.


Domenica R.

Domenica was born and raised in Seattle Washington. In 1998 her husband got stationed at “32nd street Naval Base”. She moved with him to San Diego and never left. She stuck her feet in and that was it. She’s gone native.  Even though she enjoys letting the sunshine soak into her pacific northwestern bones, she loves the people even more than the weather. read more
